Angelic Angel sighted during our Bonifacio Global City food trip

The angelic Angel Aquino, model, actress and TV host was sighted at the Bonifacio Global City last Saturday eating at Yoh-gurt Froz with a male companion. That was the time that we also had our food tour by Ivan Man Dy. Good timing.

We just entered the Hobbes and Landes shop where the frozen yogurt joint is located and she must have been so surprised to see these line of people streaming in, taking a seat and occasionally glancing and secretly taking photos of her and she was just calm. Not getting bothered by these visitors who went in for a cup of the cold delight.

Unlike other stars wherein seeing them actually in the flesh seems to be different from their screen persona, she is what you see on or off screen. But no, I’m not star struck.

The interior of right belfry of San Sebastian Minor Basilica

I can't help but pose in this beautiful setting

I’m into my fifth day of the photo documentary of the Minor Basilica of San Sebastian in Manila and closing the day at the belfry. I was at the interior of the right belltower (when facing the facade) and, god, it was like being brought back in time and I can’t just help but pose in one of the shots.

Children’s choir practice at San Sebastian

I’m always in awe whenever I’m in the minor basilica of San Sebastian in Manila. The all steel church has one of the most fascinating architecture in the country. During a photo documentation of the interior, yesterday, a children’s choir was practicing for their presentation a few month from now. These are just some of the few I took.

Infanta flagellant photo as editor's choice in National Geographic May 2010 issue

I’m thankful to Nomadic Pinoy who sent me a scanned page of his May 2010 National Geographic Magazine where my photo of a flagellant trying on his tukarol or hood for fit and balance was published. It is the editor’s choice for the issue.

The image is part of a photo story that I did in 2009.
