Why another blog?

Okay, this blog will be the 6th that I will be maintaining after Langyaw, Simbahan, Salagubang, Binary Silver and Rough Groove. Its main purpose will be as a venue where I will exclusively write down on what I will be doing as a documentary photographer, specifically on projects that I will be pursuing. It so happened that it is final portfolio time for my Diploma in Photojournalism course at the Konrad Adenauer Center for Journalism (ACFJ) at the Ateneo de Manila University and I am in a crunch of coming up with photo story proposals that I need to submit. We are also required to have a journal that we will be submitting from time to time.

With that, this will then be a perfect venue where I can keep track of all the things going about as I pursue these projects. Later, I do am seeing this where I post about ramblings and ideas related to future personal work beyond the course.
